Each student's education plan varies based on their academic goals and timelines. Our program will utilize a combination of GED testing, online courses through Edgenuity, and mastery-based competencies toward completion.

• Individualized Plans: Uses a combination of GED testing, online coursework through Edgenuity, and mastery-based competencies. 

• GED Track: Includes four subjects—ELA, Science, Math, and Social Studies—requiring 12th-grade knowledge levels. Earning a GED can also grant up to 2.0 high school diploma credits per subject area. 

• Dual & Regional Enrollment:
  • Students cannot be dual-enrolled in Open Doors and another MLSD school (such as MLHS, Digital Learning, or Vanguard) at the same time.
  • Students can attend CBTECH (skills center) or Running Start (if eligible) while enrolled in Open Doors.
